Why we built Carehub

Most clinic software was designed for hospitals and retrofitted for private practice. The result: bloated interfaces, six-figure contracts, English-only UIs, and data trapped inside a vendor. Meanwhile, the clinics that do the day-to-day work of primary care — the dentist down the street, the physio clinic in a two-room office, the nutritionist taking bookings over WhatsApp — get left with spreadsheets and paper files.

We built Carehub to flip that. A clinic should be able to sign up on a Tuesday, import patients from a spreadsheet, and take online bookings by Wednesday — with a branded portal at clinic.carehubs.tech, full Arabic RTL support, and every record exportable at any time.
